This is a top-quality product with an excellent return that tastes very similar to traditional ice-cream. It contains powdered soya milk made from genetically unmodified soya bean seeds enriched with fibre and fructose.
We currently make two types:
- Soya ice-cream containing fructose instead of sugar
- Soya ice-cream with sugar
Both combine the advantages of soya, such as the absence of cholesterol and lactose, with the beneficial effects of soluble fibre, giving a healthy product that is wholesome and dietetic.
The soluble fibre regulates the bacterial flora in the intestine, increases the
absorption of calcium and other minerals, and gradually lowers the quantity of
cholesterol in the blood. Clearly we also sought a formula that would satisfy
consumers in terms of taste as well.
